Genetics do play a role in how large your calves can be! I will be explaining this aspect in this video.

However, it is possible to reduce your calf muscles by making changes in your lifestyle and behavior. Exactly like how bodybuilders are capable of growing their muscle mass by making changes in their lifestyle and behavior. Thanks to recent breakthroughs in a new field of science otherwise known as “Epigenetics,” it has been discovered that we actually do have quite a lot more control over our genetic expression than previously believed.

In this video, I will tell you the effective lifestyle changes I made to reduce the size of my huge calves!
