PCOS stands for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, and without going into too many details – one of side effect of PCOS is weight gain, especially around the belly area.

This workout has been requested many, many times and that’s why I decided to finally put it out on the channel.

If you want to have good weight loss results with this routine you must exercise EVERYDAY, in order to burn the unnecessary fat.
