10 Minute Belly Home Workout (No Jumping + No Equipment)

Hi, I’m Rhea. This is a 10 minute workout that is focused on the belly. We have 10 moves, 40 seconds work followed by 20 seconds rest. We are going be using exercises to tighten the abdominal muscles. These exercises will work your upper abs, lower abs and obliques (aka 11 line abs).
