Conventional wisdom suggests if you eat less and exercise more, you’ll lose weight. But that’s not so easy for those that struggle with emotional eating. Tricia Nelson describes how she lost 50 pounds by getting off the diet rollercoaster ride, looking beyond the symptoms of food and weight and healing her emotional relationship with food instead. She’s spent the past several decades helping people lose weight without dieting through her process that she outlines in her book, Heal Your Hunger, 7 Simple Steps to End Emotional Eating Now and her popular podcast, The Heal Your Hunger Show. Tricia Nelson lost fifty pounds by identifying and healing the underlying causes of her emotional eating and sugar addiction. Tricia has spent over thirty years researching the hidden causes of the addictive personality.
