In today’s video, I will share with you diet plan to lose weight fast day 2 diet plan. In this diet plan to lose weight fast, I will tell you full day dietplan that helps to lose 10kg in 1 month. If you are looking for diet plan to lose weight fast, as I mentioned my previous video you need to reduce your calories, and try to take low carb diet. Low carb diet helps in weight loss. In future I will share with you 13 videos of diet plan to lose weight fast, so you will get a Proper idea. I generally love to add local available food which will be easily accessible. If we are adding any food which is fancy and not easily available, we can’t manage it continue it for the longer period of the time, and once our weight will not reduce we get frustrated. So whenever you design any diet plan to lose weight fast always keep in mind the above points.
What are the important points which I took care when I design diet plan to lose weight fast for myself?
Today is Monday and hectic day for me, so I took those food s which are easily available and which took very less time to prepare, as well as it should be a balanced diet which contain good amount of proteins, fiber, sufficient amount of fats and carbs.
If we are not taking a balance diet we are going to end up with lots of craving and untimely overeating that leads to weight gain.
Why I added a weight loss supplement in my diet plan to lose weight fast?

Today we’re talking about the importance of sleep when it comes to not only staying healthy but losing weight.

What’s one of the best things you can do to help speed up your weight loss goals? While you might think it’s diet and exercise, the truth is getting enough sleep is even more important!

Not only do you need to be fully rested to give your all during your workout time, it may also help you consume less calories overall during the day and fend off cravings.

A study published in the journal Sleep found a direct correlation between sleep and belly fat levels – subjects who slept five hours (or less), or eight hours (or more) a night gained more abdominal fat than subjects who stayed between six to seven hours of shut eye. It seems that extra belly fat comes from the extra calories we tend to eat when we’re tired (think about it – do you crave more sugary, high fat foods when you are tired or when you’ve slept well?). A separate study from Columbia University found that women who slept only four hours a night ate, on average, 329 calories more (and 31 grams of extra fat – yikes!) the next day, versus when they were well rested.

The good news is you may not need to add a significant amount of extra sleep to see improvements — research recently published in the journal Appetite shows that just an extra 1.6 hours of sleep could be enough to reduce your cravings by as much as 62 percent!

The bottom line? If weight loss is your goal, in addition to your workouts and healthy eating plan, be sure to make sleep a priority too.

This diet works like a charm! However every body type is different hence the results may vary. You know your body well, if u have any kind of ailments, consult your doctor first.

P.S: Eggs in this plan should be consumed with yolk.
Eggs should be BOILED ONLY.
Green Tea should be consumed plain (No sweeteners)
Eggs can be seasoned with little salt & black pepper
(No Mayo/ Sauce)
This is an egg diet plan ( egg is the primary ingredient), pls do not ask me substitute for eggs.

Regarding the Cholesterol in Eggs:
Eggs include HDL cholesterol, also known as great cholesterol. This kind of cholesterol is harmless for your well-being – it can enable the body produce more vitamin D and hormones like estrogen, testosterone and cortisol.
It can lower the amounts of bad cholesterol and will not raise the danger of cardiovascular diseases.
