– Scissors Exercise is not only effective but also pretty exciting. Due to its cardio effect and high speed, the scissors exercise is a perfect warm-up. It heats up your body and increases your heart rate.
– Hands Up, Hands Down Exercise is a simple exercise that’s fun to do. But at the same time, it works your whole arm. It tones the muscles, which makes your arms look slimmer.
– Wall Push-Ups give a nice shape to your arms and tones your back as well. On top of that, the wall works as a kind of resistance. This increases your arm and back strength more effectively.
– If you want to make your arm workout even more exciting, include the arm circles exercise.
– Plank has several benefits. First of all, it strengthens your arms and removes the useless layer of fat covering them. Secondly, a plank is also really effective for your legs and the whole core of your body.
– Overhead Bends have a double benefit: not only does it strengthen your shoulders but it also tones your side muscles.
– Chair Dips will effectively strengthen and tone not only your arms but also your back. It may seem difficult at first, but if you repeat it often enough, you’ll soon feel that it’s getting easier to perform this particular movement.
– On top of that, try to add 90 to 180 minutes of intense aerobic exercise to your weekly activity. Surprisingly, getting more sleep will also speed up the slimming process. And don’t forget about the importance of a healthy diet.

How to Lose Belly Fat

We all know it’s not possible to spot reduce, or to lose fat from specific areas. It is however, possible to lose overall fat and reduce stress levels – which can directly impact belly fat! This video shares 3 lifestyle tips and 2 training tips that you can implement this week!

1). Reduce stress levels. You can do this by either eliminating stressors or changing the way you look at stress in your life.

2). Get more sleep. Limit electronics, make a to-do list for the next day, clear your mind, and make your room dark and cool!

3). Time-restricted eating. Try to eat the most when you’re most active. Also, eat within a shorter time window, for example from 7am-7pm. Avoiding big meals right before bed can make a big difference in your progress.

4). Weighted abs exercises and planks. Train your 6-pack and the muscles under the 6-pack. This will help tighten and shrink your waist.

5). Incorporate HIIT into your current routine, 1-2x per week. HIIT is all-out effort for 4-8 sprints. Keep in mind, a sprint is anything you’re able to go all-out on! This burns fat and elevates your metabolism for up to 48 hours after you’re done!

Pls note that I prefer to make my meals nutrient dense but since many of you wanted calorie count I am sharing it below: (the whole meal plan is 903 calories.
1/2 apple: 25 calories
Breakfast:
Millet Uthappam: 100 calorie for 1
Coconut chutney: 75 calorie
pickle: 25
(Total: 300 calore)
Aloo roti: 150 calories
curd: 50 calories
cucumber: 10 calories
(total: 210 calorie)
Guava: 68 calories
Dinner:
Rice: 125 calories
Dal curry: 150 calories
Pickle: 25
(total: 300 calories)

1/2 apple or banana with water
Breakfast:
2 carrot uthappams (Millet Dosa Batter: https://goo.gl/CTMU2V) with curry leaves chutney and pickle. (If you dont feel the need to have 2 uthappams then have one or one/half). I did not give tadka for the chutney as I am using desi ghee in the uthappam. Also, coconut chutney has enough healthy fats, so I balanced the two fats in this meal.

1/2 cup rice + palak dal curry + pickle
Desi ghee will help to bring down the glycemic index of rice plus it will help to keep you satiated and reduce cravings. Ghee will also help in nutrient assimilation.
How to cook rice – I boiled rice in water and then strained it this way the starch content of the rice can be reduced. Here in Kerala, we make rice this way on a daily basis.
The probiotics in pickle will help in easy digestion.
Remember to have your dinner by 7 pm.
Drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep hydrated.

SUMMARY:
– #1. To make sure you’re bringing your knee high enough, you can bend your elbows at a 90º angle and touch your knee to your hand. To make this move harder, add a slight jump to the exercise while you bring your knees up high.
– #2. If you have a hard time balancing, extend your arms as you head down, and lower them while you stand. If that’s too difficult, you can place a chair behind you to balance yourself.
– #3. Avoid using momentum and letting your leg drop back down as you’ll be missing out on the workout if you do. Keep the movement controlled.
– #4. For an easier approach, you can modify the exercise by letting your knees rest on the floor.
– #5. This move will target your abdominals and work on your oblique muscles. It’s a great exercise to get rid of love handles.
– #6. This is a killer move that will strengthen your core, and it will also tone up your arms, shoulders, glutes, and abdominals. If this is too intense, try holding an elbow plank position: hold yourself up by your forearms for as long as you can.
– #7. This move involves your lower back and targets your abdominals and obliques. It will improve your flexibility and strength.
– #8. Doing this cool down will ensure that your muscles are nice and loose for when you get up in the morning.
